I had my appointment with Dr. Kwiatkowski on April 8th. After that visit, I never received any follow‑up call, message, or update even though they said they would be in touch. I called the office on April 24th and spoke with Pam, who said she would look into things and call me back. She never did. I called again on June 15th (today) asking for an explanation for the lack of communication, and was told her ‘system was updating’ and she would call me back. Very excellent service from Dr. K he's a great doctor and I'm very pleased with everything that was done for me. As well as front desk Great service from him and the medical assistant! I'm recommending my cousin to him as well!
Dr. K is very nice has a good bedside manner. He did the Balloon Sinoplasty on me. My sinuses and eustastian tubes were better open and felt better. Unfortunately my ear issue was not relieved due to he thinks it Neuralgia, He sent me to an Neurologist. So I was sent to get an MRI on the Brain and TmJ. Waiting for results. I will update when I get my diagnosis.
There was no respect for my personal time. My appointment was at 2pm, I showed up at 1:30pm to fill out paperwork, and by 3pm I still had not been seen. Very disappointing. On a positive note the staff was apologetic when I let them know I was canceling and requesting a copay refund.
EDIT: What I found frustrating was the lack of communication and basic courtesy at the end of the visit. The appointment ended without any clear indication. It wasn’t communicated that we were done, and you left the room without acknowledging me or offering a closing. I was left unsure whether the visit had concluded and had to call out to confirm.
