Terramor Homes has excellent floorplans for their townhouse units, but painting and finish carpentry work leaves a whole lot to be desired... and rep wriggles out of many 11-month inspection issues.
We have lived in a Terramor home for 8 years. Last year we realize our gutters were installed wrong and caused roof damage. Last week we had a leak in a pipe and paid $500 to a plumber to fix finding that when building it someone put a screw threw a PVC Pipe! Today trying to change a light fixture and find out there was never a junction box installed. How did we ever pass inspection.
