It feels like we struck GOLD having found an awesome place to live with so many opportunities to grow as a community and cherish the quiet times to exciting peaceful serene you can get from a new community!! Combining both the All Ages with the 55+ groups together, there’s definitely something for everyone. We can’t wait to spent the next 10 years or so here with our little 7 year old girl and having her grow up with the community here.

Andrew Greenberg found us our dream home in Terramor. He wanted to show us the community and the homes and my husband continued to say “not interested”. Finally my husband and I looked and we bought soon after. Apparently Andrew knew what we needed and wanted better than we did! We love the activities, pools and beautiful nature surrounding us. We were able to customize our home to our liking and are looking forward to designing our backyard. We are looking forward to many happy years in Terramor!
The best part is the beautiful nature setting. The trails and the views are gorgeous.
New 55+ community but has some family communities within the same gated property. It overlooks the Cleveland National Forest mountain range just off the 15 freeway between Corona and Lake Elsinore near Toms Farm. Come check it out if you are looking to buy.
