Russelville used to be a great place to live, but hasn't been since new management took over some time ago. At first things looked really promising, like upgraded pool and gym facilities, but in terms of service, the place has gone way downhill. To be fair, the units are quite nice and the facilities are generally good quality. It is not the property itself that is not good, it is the management and the services. Fixed it fast - thanks – I had a friend over who drank too much and broke my bathroom faucet. I asked to have it fixed the next day and they got it fixed the same day. Thanks. I said I would blog about it and I keep my promises. This must have been a different place before I moved in based on the previous reviews. Guest parking can be a challenge but, that's it for me. I love not having upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Almost always nice and quiet.
Terrible! Avoid – I have lived in Russellville for almost a year now. In this time the management has changed (I've been told this is not uncommon here and that the management has changed at least 4 times in the past 3-4 years). The new management is pretty awful. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and they border on insulting. Do Not Rent Here – DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They look nice from the outside but once you get moved in you find out what living here is really like. It is loud, loud, loud. Between the constant bull*%*# "maintenance" that they are CONSTANTLY doing, the freight trains that blare their horns over and over and echo across the valley in the middle of night and all the street noise, it is NOT a relaxing place to live. thieves cheaters and liers – management has been replaced over and over again, they dont care about the tennants needs. apartments need fixing, they dont do anything about it. staff is very unproffesional, they promise to fix things and dont follow through. cars are being broken into. the maintaince people dont speak english cannot communicate with english speaking tennants. most laundry rooms are not working properly. people steal your clothes, or take out yours to use your time left on machines.
