I’ve lived here for nearly 16yrs, brought my 2 now adult kids up here as a single mom, & have absolutely loved this apartment community. However in the last couple years ever since Chelsea & her staff have taken over it’s been even better. I feel comfortable talking to Chelsea & her staff about any issues my family might have. The staff is also very accommodating when we have to have certain yearly things signed or checked for regular maintenances in our apartment. The job they’re all doing here is very appreciated.
I lived at Terracina for a few years and was very happy there. The office and maintenance staff were always helpful and friendly. I called in a work order and they were there that day to fix the issue. Chelsea the manager is kind and is quick to respond.

I love this place as a kid if I have a family i would want them to live here
