I've lived Terracina Elk Grove almost 4 years and I absolutely love it. The property is kept clean, the new manger Lesley and the maintenance guy Ty they are super nice and amazing people when ever I need maintenance at the my apartment they come right away and fix the problem
Our maintenance guy Tye is very reliable and professional. He keeps his word and provides great service and is very respectful of your living space. I am always pleased with the customer service he provides in a timely manner.
Ty the maintenance man is awesome. He is always so polite and very helpful.
As a visitor of a tenant, I have personally witnessed excessive noise from the tenant upstairs and someone is ALWAYS in the parking spot designated for the tenants use! Complaints have been filed and the noise and parking violations persist. If a person can do better, I wouldn't suggest residency. If management can't enforce rules (even though unpleasant), perhaps "managing" is not a good fit. I find it "funny" that you want someone to call your number, but no one answers! Imagine that!
