RecommendedDefinitely clean, great amenities and friendly all around.
They are very shady!!!! Nice to your face but will stab you in the back!!! Charged me for a suite key after telling me everything was turned in when I took keys to office after moving out. Kept the rest of my deposit because they pulled the carpet back and seen stains on the padding. How do I know the stains weren’t there before I moved in!!! Who pulls carpet to look for stains on the padding!!!! I even had the place professionally cleaned!!!Julie manager never available!!! Total joke!!! Very expensive for what you get!!!
Loved it there, management was great (Julie in particular). Prompt with service requests, fixed every issue I had quickly, and gave us our full security deposit back. If we hadn't bought a home, we'd still be happily living there! The only thing I'd complain about is the highway is close by and noisy, and that traffic on Arlington can be kinda bad. But those small issues are very much worth it considering how wonderful everything else was.
I lived here 2 years and the gates never worked front and back, my car got broken into, the Maintenence staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, one particular office staff member was also rude and unprofessional, exiting out of my lease once I provided the required notice was a huge hassle, they forgot to refund my security deposit and when I did get it back they deducted for last months utilities which I showed proof of payment and got refunded but again had to wait on my money. My wife and I have only been here a few months but everything has been very nice. The grounds are kept up and look great. I don't hear any noise from our neighbors and they are quite friendly. They have even worked with us on making rent payments as I had lost my job just before moving in. Great people, great place!
Don't stay here! Beware! I used to stay at 1055 Eagle Drive apt 605. When I spoke to one of the maintenance guy... He did told us that Julie will nickel and dime you when you move even when the maintenance people tried to give you a break... I should've known how shady this place is... If you must stay, don't sign long contract...because if you terminated your lease early... $4700+ later.... Still get bills from them... If you don't sign long contract.. Needed help with my dishwasher - I couldn't get the screen back in. In less than 12 hours maintenance was out - showed me the secret, fixed it and was gone. It took 60 seconds tops! At lease renewal time, it's this type of service that overpowers new, shiny, more expensive places that are advertised. I value the team in the office and maintenance above all. Thank you Terraces on the Green for all the help, support and service!
