I was actually at Athens Spine Center procedure getting a neck injection
I have owned a condo at Terrace since 2007! I have never owned a home with an association that keeps everything absolutely perfect!! Many many years ago Mickey Dillard sold me this condo — such an easy and wonderful experience working with her. She has provided me names of painters, plumbers, air conditioning. I have referred her to 4 of my friends now and they have been so happy working with her.
I lived at the Terraces for several years during college and afterwards. I absolutely loved living here. It was quiet and peaceful, but the neighbors were also very nice. Anytime I needed anything done in the unit, the office made sure the repairs were done quickly; the grounds were also always very clean and pleasant. We needed a last minute place to stay after we sold a home and were renovating a new home. Mickey Dillard was so nice to let us rent at Terraces at Timothy for 3 months! She was extremely kind and professional - she went out of her way to accommodate us! The location is incredible and the unit was clean and well decorated! We highly recommend! Thanks Mickey! ❤️
