I have lived at apartments since 2016. I really like my apartment. Quiet neighbors. But for the last 3years going without heat during the deep freeze we had. Ice on inside of windows. Had hypothermia had to be assisted by a nurse. Waiting for heat to be fixed. Last year no air conditioning to find through Joe Maint. We have lived at this complex for about 2.5 years and we love it! The staff is so nice and helpful and they organize monthly events for the community, super cool! The maintenance guys are also incredible, they come and fix everything so fast. Special shout out to Nestor & Miguel, they are always so friendly and keep a great vibe at the community
The only fluctuating payment should be utilities, not rent. Makes no sense to not have a set rate that stays the same.
I stay here for a year and it’s been wonderful. Love everything about this place.
I have just renewed my lease for the fourth year. My fiancé and I have been more than happy with calling this place home thanks to the staff. It seems like this place is getting better every year we’re here and for the issues we have encountered during our stay (which is a short list) , They have been resolved properly and fast! It is about a 15 minute drive to downtown but still far enough away where it’s quieter.
