We've lived here since the complex was built, and conditions have steadily worsened. There are numerous unresolved maintenance and safety issues, despite the reply to this original review stating that all issues have been addressed. : Black mold is growing in the apartment and garage (never looked at, but supposedly fixed) due to ongoing water damage, including in the shower caulking (which I’ve had to replace myself after several attempts from maintenance garnered the same result). I had an issue with them not picking up my trash in which I gave them time to resolve it in which they did. They have done a great job dealing with any other issues I had from noisy neighbors to people parking illegally causing driving issues. Also maintenance does a great job. I have moved this from 4 stars to 5 stars because of the maintenance people. They always do a great job!!!!
Had an issue and went to the front desk this morning and the staff was so polite and helpful. The girl at the desk was understanding, respectful and overall gave me a good experience. Thank-you!
Recently was given a tour of the apartment by Eryn and she was so sweet. I really loved how she walked me through everything and was very helpful especially getting my questions answered. She definitely made me feel really comfortable, even all of the other employees that were there are so kind.
