I just wanna say that I love Living at Cortland. It’s close to everything that you need and it’s a safe neighborhood. One of the things that impressed me the most right now after living here since November 2024 is my AC was broken and put in a work order at 3pm by 3:45 pm they had fixed it and changed my air filter. I’m pretty sure you will not find another apt building that works that fast. If you are second guessing getting a place here, don’t. You won’t regret it
Great place to live. Love the area and management is nice
Mold issues during my entire lease term August 2024 (first picture) to July 2025(second and third picture). The maintenance crew only calls out the ‘sheet-rock’ contractor and a portion of the wall gets replaced. The problem doesn’t get solved. You can hear water dripping between the walls during heavy rains. This wasn’t just building 11. Other tenants from buildings 16 and 5 had the same complaints. Great amenities though.
I’ve lived at this Cortland property for 4 years and there is a reason that I keep resigning my lease here. The neighborhood is super lovely and I love having the ability to walk to the super target and walk my dogs in the surrounding neighborhoods. I don’t have very many maintenance needs, but when I do, they get taken care of practically same day. It’s a great location, affordable, and it’s a great place to live.
