Really nice apartments! The staff is very professional and attentive to any issues. The grounds and units are very well kept. The rent is very affordable. If you are a responsible tenet who expects a responsible management team, this is the place for you! I would definitely recommend renting here.
Been here since January for the most part everything has been fine. Any maintance issues were delelt with quickly. Staff in the property is awesome
Love this apartment community!!! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. It is safe and clean. Kid and pet friendly. I was relocated to another apartment after the storm with no issues. I would recommend it to my friends and have friends that live here! Check us out! Very affordable also!!!
Personally ,I've been here 3months and have had nothing but good things to say about Terrace Vine Apts,the management ,and the maintenance have been great,the storm kind of three everyone for a loop,but I think they responded well
They have been screwing people over since the flood, my friends stayed here and were taken advantage of.
Just a heads up. Do not rent from terrace vines apartments in orange. After the flood, they went in and destroyed my property and now have sent me a bill for over 500 dollars for clean up after already keeping my 600 dollar deposit. These people are crooks.
