They will harass you and your kids. Take pictures of your kids while playing outside. They don’t maintain their apartments. I had buckled floors when moving into this place. They told me put in a work order it will be changed no problems. After 2 failed attempts to get someone out here to look at it we are told we would have to move after just moving into the apartment. Horrible air flow in all the rooms of the apartments, but not allowed window units to help cool you and your kids. Annoying and overpriced.
Very quiet place and nice apartments, everything that I’ve needed fix was fixed that day or the next. The manager is the sweetest and helps in any ways she can. I love it here!
Terrible, terrible management. My daughter and son in law have lived there over a year and there was a small spot of mold on the ceiling when they moved in. They reported it on the original move in report. The manager said then it would be taken care of. This is what it looks like now after a year of reporting and following up again and again but not getting any help. Love these apartments! The staff is very professional takes care of any issues. The grounds and units are very well kept. The rent is very affordable. I would definitely recommend renting here.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT CONTACT YOU. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVOLVED TO RESOLVE AS I AM DOING NOW!
The apartments are very quiet and if you happen to have something wrong maintenance gets there in a quick manner!! Love it here!!
