I’ve been seeing Melanie at Terrace Retreat for years and she is so kind, patient and really listens to give you just what you’re looking for! Highly recommend!
They are always late and they don’t know how to do blonde hair. I’ve stopped coming here and asked to not be contacted as I’m no longer willing to give money for consistent disappointment and disastrous hair.
