I stayed at Terrance Pointe Apartments for 4 years never late on my rent always paid ahead of time and 6 months ago I moved and I gave the office manager my 2 weeks noticed and my lease was up at the apartment so i didn't break any contracts and the apartment was clean when I left it and I also turned in my keys so why I still haven't received my down deposit back it didn't take this long for ya'll to get your rent so why am I going through this bs to get my deposit back

I lived here for almost a year I have open holes a broken dishwasher since I moved here, refrigerator with no handles a old worn down oven that was there when I moved in still hasn’t been replaced floor has tears in them since I moved also a broken door a hole in my bathroom ceiling covered up with tape that they will not fix not to mention a hole in the roof
