Under New Greedy Owners,Lived Here 6 Years going on 7 never had any problems, till New owners bought the place under Contract, Never ever saw a Cock Roaches, until New Owners started bringing Dumpy Trailers in Here that are totally Gutted and in Need of Total Overhauls. My Rent is Paid up til December and the New owners are about to lose there Best Paying Tenants they ever had.
