Horrible apartments. Sandra or Sandy the landlord is a harassing, bitter, awful individual with no humanity towards her tenants. Avoid this apartment at ALL cost.
Sandra harassed me everytime I looked around I didn't bother her she stay harassing me. None of the tenants like her when we came to apply the tenants was like don't do it. This has to be the most depressing apartments ever..
i see why this has bad reviews, Ms. Sandra Ward is a horrible landlord. i tried to apply for an apartment there, she was very rude, and very stereotyping people, i had everything that she require to apply but when she met me , she judged me, i had all my documents , $$ she require, then she denied me cuz of my ESA dog who is licensed, showed her that.. yet she still denied me.. so for anybody looking for an apt.. dont go there.. go anywhere but there. now i have to leave the state to be able to live.
