Had our trailer since 1999. Since it's been purchased by an financial investment company that only cares about how much money they can get from us. I think they think they should b able to charge for an apartment, which is insane bc we will have to pay for the trailer and upkeep, unlike an aparyment?? Also, I see 6 to 7 people living in a 2 bedroom trailer which causes alot of traffic and commotion for a park that was once so quiet and safe.
The place used to be family orientated. But was bought by a big Corp., Who are has almost doubled the lot fees, and make up fees as they go. I think they are trying to get ppl to move out so they can develop the land.
