Reached out twice to request a viewing, no one will respond. If they ignore potential future residents that sets a pretty poor look for how things will be once you are a resident (if you even make it to that point, considering they won't respond).
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! Before moving in, I explicitly asked if the unit had any bug issues. They told me no — that was a lie. Within hours of moving in, the unit was swarming with roaches. I documented everything — photos, videos, emails — and I’m fully convinced that if I hadn’t, they would’ve ignored my pleas for assistance. Regardless, their "assistance" was three appointments to spray down the unit.
