The management here are scam artists they will sell trailers that they don't have the deeds to, you will think you are owing your own home and then when you pay it off find out they didn't even own the trailer and had no legal right to sell it and instead of them fixing it they sold the home that I paid for 3 dozens times after I moved and pulled the same crap on those 3 dozen people! Then they try to file abandonment paperwork to get more money out of you go to one of the parks next door, they are not honest or good folks a... read more
Not a good place to buy. I being living here for 2 years paid cash and haven't got my title. I called every place looking for the title of the property and there's no title.
Well old managmentt really sucked. But the new guy is great. Seems to be doing a really good job. And is one of the nicest guy you will ever meet.
