I do not recommend anyone staying here I am in a lease I have mold in my apartment they will not fix it all Cheryl in the office says to me I will let you out of your lease but will not give me my deposit back I just called the health department hopefully they can do something because my ac doesn’t work proper either I can hear the person above me like there going to cave in the ceiling by walking walls are very thin they do not clean the buildings at all very poor save your money and move somewhere else run from this place ... read more
I definitely recommend Terrace Creek Apartments because of the quiet community and the professionalism of the staff. Johanna was exceptional. She worked every possible angle to help me with a problem that I was having but in the end fell short due to no fault of hers. I really appreciate the time she took to work with me. Too bad it fell short on my end. Really loved the area...Thanks again to Johanna and her professionalism. Being a veteran I really appreciated that

Terrace Creek is adorable! It's a quiet little neighborhood, right by the bike path, and close to everything. Ask for Dan! He's fantastic and will help you find EXACTLY what you need.
Worst place ever. Just throw your money in the toliet, thats the same as renting here. Because it’s never their fault and they OFFER you a notice to vacate when you don’t fall in line and be good little sheep. “I can give you a notice to vacate”. So you’re offering to put my son and I on the street? “Oh no, it’s just if you’re unhappy here...” same difference. If you’re unhappy with the 2 weeks it took to adequately replace the a/c. I liked the apartments enough to move in. But what has wowed me is the community. I met so many new friends that happened to be neighbors! Folks helped with the doors and made me feel very welcomed. I love it here that much more!!
A taste of country I am in a unit that faces the tree line and it is more like country than city. I like that the neighbors of my building is what that Mr. Roger's song describes as neighbor! I am so glad that I moved in, and plan on being here until I buy a house. Would recommend to anyone,
