Loves Terrace Court!! Always clean and maintained. Management responds rapidly to any maintenance issues.
Maintenance is always so helpful, kind & prompt. I’m very thankful that that are always so communicative with every issue and keep me in the loop every step of the way. Had an A/C issue and it was fixed ASAP.
Been living here for 4 years now and this year has to be the worst of all . Our ac went out and I have two kids , they are making us wait 4 days to get the replacement part and only gave us 1 portable fan . Management doesn’t care about having essential services like fixing this asap with this hot summer weather . 2 months ago a pipe broke and they also didn’t offer any help . I've been here about 2 months now. My move was made easy. Apartment was clean and ready to go. Slightly new experience for me as i've not rented an apartment in more than fifteen years or so. Refrigerator went out after about a 2 week stay, but once I've brought it to the attention of manager and maintenance it was replaced within two days without any cost to the groceries I had inside. All good so far thumbs up.
