We've been fortunate to have lived here for the past 3 years. This community has so much to offer, from planned activities, gym and a great library. The Terrace at Midtowne is a well-maintained property with a friendly, helpful staff. We are so blessed to have Michelle Mungia as our property manager, she is always very professional, helpful and kind. She is an absolute treasure and we're so grateful to have her watching over our community.
I think Michelle is an excellent manager she's concerned with her residents and make sure they're taking care of and does above and beyond wants to be done at the property.
I'm a current resident and I think Michelle is a good manager he takes care of all her residents and fulfills her obligation as a manager. I would recommend anyone to live here because because of her caring and concern about her resident.
