Great experience at Terra west U-Haul. Arrived to pick up the equipment, the gentleman was extremely helpful, very polite. Brought the truck back earlier than expected. The gentleman came right out to help us check the U-Haul in. We left in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend using this location. I will go back again in the future!
Dropped off rental truck
Terrible NO WHERE ON THERE WEBSITE IT STATES I NEED A DROP HITCH. It only shows how much weight is needed for the hitch, which mine would hold the trailer. NEXT TIME YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THERE TIME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POS COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE
I've rented trailers and trucks from Terra West 3 times now. So impressed with the manager here that I'm renting a storage unit now. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable manager. This business always exceeds my expectations.
