I currently live in the Mountain Falls Community at Ovation in Pahrump NV. We moved from a HOA in another state and have notice the lack of concern about the on going issues in are Community. We have notice that several home owners do not follow the HOA rules and what is most annoying is the fact that a homeowner here in Ovation, has been feeding birds for the last several months. Worst management company ever! They have succeeded in turning my community of SFR into an almost entirely rental community even though my CC &R's forbid it! Lazy community manager from Terra West, who manages Belle Crest II, in Las Vegas, my neighborhood looks like the ghetto and I have to pay dues to this ridiculous company for NOTHING. don't use Terra West for anything!
