Disappointing hoa
I was on hold for 15 minutes and when I got a person the call was dropped and I am now holding again and in the first que and this time for another 15 minutes and still holding. My time IS valuable and this is not acceptable

Worst, most incompetent and mismanaged 'management company' EVER. Absolute nightmare for HOAs.
If I could rate them less than a zero I would. They were retaliated against you. If you make a legitimate complaint or anything to them about anything. I've had several retaliation letters from this company on old issues on crazy stuff. This is the worst HOA ever. I would suggest you avoid it all costs
