It doesn’t get any worse as an association management company. Recently we found out that the sewer bill hadn’t been paid in 7 years. It was never a line item in the budget either. $7000 is shocking and late fees were insane! They even missed a monthly payment on that bill’s payment plan. But that’s one thing among many in 7 years. If we weren’t in a law suit over a wall, they would have been gone years ago. Invoices with wrong coding, forgotten phone calls to make that cost us money were monthly issues.
