I have been subletting here for a month so far of a two month sublet. First, the apartment had fleas, then the apartment flooded when it rained and the apartment people tried to tell me it was the gutters and it's not a usual thing when there's clear water damage on the walls. After the complex's people "fixed" the problem and put an anti-mold agent down, I just found I have black mold growing on my wall behind my bed.
