By actually fixing the problems the tenants complain about instead of doing quick fixes. My fridge is too big to open the dishwasher door. I have to force it open. And the windows don't lock so your fix for it of putting wood in it doesn't help...
This is a wonderful place to live staff and maintenance are wonderful give it 5 stars.
I used to live there in the past and was very happy there. I would highly recommend them.

Tina is awesome and will work with you in professional manner throughout your lease here. This place is well maintained and has very reasonable prices. Overall, super pleased with this complex, Tina, the prices, the location (being walking distance to the bars and to the sporting venues), and the other supporting staff. I highly recommend.
You can't beat the location and PRICE! Loved my two years here. Being so close for football games, tailgating & basketball games was amazing. Also not too loud of an area for those nights spent studying. Highly recommend Terra Trace if you want to save some cash but not compromise on location!
Tina is the best! She is very patient and really knowledgeable about the property and helps answer questions regarding the lease. This location is perfect and close to the stadium! Never had an issue with finding a parking spot either and any time I had guests over they just parked on the street since the property is “tenant parking only” which I can appreciate being so close to the stadium and campus.
