I am not even surprised to find this company already at less than 2 stars overall. Im incredibly unhappy with terra residential non-existent services, this company is comprised of thieves and liars, be very careful if any property has preexisting damage, they will charge you for it, regardless of the amount of pictures you take. charged for their driveway i never was able to use in the year i was there, charged for shingles missing after a tornado and hurricane... charged us for their broken AC unit which they refused to fix... read more
