PRIOR TO MOVING IN SHE WILL TELL YOU THAT ITEMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WHICH IS A LIE. THERE IS MOLD IN THESE APARTMENTS AND THEY DRAG THEIR FEET TO COME AND CHECK OUT THESE THINGS AFTER YOU MENTION. Recommendedusauly your response to something that needs fixed is pretty qick but not when I need to get grass cut it was 6 inches tall looked awful .and it wasn't because of rain either .everyone around had there yard mowed I was so a shamed of this place
Terra has been good to us for years. I have lived in worse places, but not many better.
Place is crap.. Landlord sucks they fuck u financially an just because we are low income means shit can take forever to get fixed been damn near 4 days an still nothing
