I'm injured and need a family doctor or nurse to book an MRI for me. The clinic knew this and I was signed up with Heather Tone after waiting 3 weeks. We arranged for an initial phone call. I took time off work to make sure I could answer. Heather called me 31 mins late, when I answered, I kept saying "Hello?" but no one was speaking and she hung up on me.
