Curtis put a roof on my porch in Aug. 2023. it leaked in several places after the first rain, so he came out and addressed those areas. it leaked twice more that year in the same places, he again came out to address those areas. the roof has continued leaking but he ghosted me throughout 2024 and 2025. doesn't answer my calls nor reply to e-mails or texts. this job was supposed to be 7 years warranty for materials and lifetime warranty on labor. the roof continues to leak badly in the same 3 places.

Curtis made good work, under warranty, done by his cousin, who has since gone out of business. He corrected the issue on the flat roof coating and provided proof of repair so we could provide to buyers under a deadline for close of sale. Thank you Curtis!

We received a quote from Curtis and had a few questions. He answered our questions and on Sept 9, we told him we were ready to replace 6 skylights and resurface our roof. He said he was about two weeks out. Since then he ghosted us. I sent him a text on Sept 14 and again on Sept 24. He did not respond so I ended up getting another contractor. This is not how you build a good reputation, but maybe I should be glad I didn’t give him the 50% down payment since we hadn’t signed a contract yet.

I was having several roof issues Curtis & Mike came over did a fantastic job on my roof and my neighbors roof,they also did skylight on my other neighbors. Great communication, great job On time. You won't find anyone better then Curtis and Mike

Curtis and Mike recoated my roof and replaced all scuppers on the north and south sides of the house. Curtis provided a fair and reasonable quote, completed the job in a timely manner and offered a competitive warranty. Overall, I was very impressed with Curtis' professionalism and would strongly recommend Terra Nova for roof and scupper replacement.
