I've eaten real Italian food the chicken cutlet parmesan was a good chicken cutlet the downfall to it was they use an inexpensive mozzarella cheese and you can tell and real Italians use locatelli cheese not that grated Parmesan junk they had my wife had a pizza and it was very soggy in the middle they forgot to put pepperoni on it for the price you pay it's expensive the sauce needs help it tastes like canned sauce being doctored up

I tried Terra Mia for the first time today. I was fortunate enough to speak with the staff and listen to Richie talk about the eggplant meatballs he was preparing. I've never had eggplant before so he offered me a taste. Oh my, that was a delicious treat! It was like butter, so full of flavor and the sauce was perfect.
