This place is beautiful. I love it here! It feels more like a community than any place I have ever lived. The office is ran by some of the kindest people who actually care about you. The amenities are great and I feel like I actually get more value out of my monthly rent. I 100% recommend considering this as your next home. You will not regret it!!!

Terra House is absolutely beautiful - from the property and views to the design and amazing staff. I recently met all of the staff at a resident party and was blown away by their kindness, hospitality, and ability to have fun! The pool, gym, clubhouse, and dog wash are also amenities that go unrivaled in Nashville. The biggest selling point for me is that few places go above and beyond to be environmentally and socially responsible by getting LEED certified. The environment and commitment to health is truly refreshing!!
