After delivering the wrong load in March, Terra offered to deliver the correct material at no charge to make it right. I love this place. The driver, Ken, is always punctual, helpful and pleasant.
I ordered a unit of bark dust Tuesday morning about 9:45am and it was delivered before 11:00am. Ken Outland was the person who delivered. He did an excellent job, dumping it where we wanted it. He was very polite and shook my husbands hand when he left. Thank you Ken
3 yards of hog fuel were delivered to my home by Ken Outland of Terra Gardens on April 17. It's a tricky dump site because the alley is very narrow and the turning room is sharp. This was probably the 15th load of hog fuel or firewood I"ve had delivered over the years, by many a savvy driver, and Ken was by far the most expert of all. He precisely dumped that load and was wonderfully cheerful, friendly, and efficient to boot. Thank you Ken!
From the initial phone call about what to use for our failing raised bed garden, to delivery, I can't say enough about the service. Carlos helped us with our purchase and was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was at your nursery and gardening supply yard the other day. On this trip, (my first one this year) I purchased soil ...I was helped by a very nice young man named Skyler who loaded this in my vehicle. It is a lovely nursery with courteous and helpful employees as Skyler I will definitely be returning for more products!
We attended their Fall Festival yesterday and had a wonderful time! This local, family owned business has weathered many storm. They hosted several other local businesses, including a cake pop one who sold out and the Marion County Extension Service which connected us to resources about Native Oregon Plants. Chex Pamela Ray's cooking demo was fantastic! Way to host a party Dan and Pam!
