Cant say enough great things about Terra Firma. Shelley knows her stuff like no other and is relentless in finding solutions to keep you in budget. Steve and the rest of her install crew are knowledgable pros. Everything was perfect and we are thrilled with our new counters.
Terra Firma helped me put the finishing touches on upgrading my house prior to listing it on the market. Shelley's vision helped me pick out a good color to compliment the floor and cabinets. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will use Terra Firma to help upgrade spaces in my future homes!
Unprofessional, disorganized, and hateful. Buyer beware!!! The crew was late every day. I was told two days for completion. Two WEEKS later the job is not done! To top off the poor performance she demanded final payment and threatened legal action. They damaged my new cabinets, left garbage in the house and RAZOR BLADES in the yard!
Terra Firma has completed two projects for us and will be starting a new one soon. Shelley provided excellent design assistance on all three projects. I frequently refer Terra Firma to anyone looking for high quality countertops.
