I made $100,000 investment in high end real estate building venture with Terra equity for Davie Estates. They never communicate updates and after more than four years begging them to let me out I now fear we have all been scammed out of our hard earned money. I trusted these people to be ethical in their business transactions, but I was wrong.
As a current investor in one of Terra's multifamily deals, I would not recommend them as a sponsor. While I believe they have good intentions, their execution was, in my opinion, horrible. Further, their communications to their investors is extremely poor and their monthly reporting is consistently 90 days behind. This company is horrible and does bad business. They have owed us money for several months and refuse to pay. STAY AWAY FROM TERRA EQUITY GROUP AND ALL AFFILATED!!!!
Poor communication, constantly need to check in for updates, poor performance, delayed or canceled distributions. I’m sadly very disappointed so far.
TERRA PALM AIR FORT LAUDERDALE APARTMENTS. I highly advise against renting from these properties. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and it takes them a month or more to address any issues. Additionally, there have been incidents of vehicle theft, break-ins, and property vandalism, with no proper security measures in place to prevent these occurrences.
