A huge shoutout of wahoos to a fabulous bistro who catered our wedding reception held last night. The appetizers were a hit and they add some special touches to the platters to make them unique and beautiful. We highly recommend! Linda, the owner, was fabulous to work with and highly professional. Thank you!
We started our Sunday Brunch today and it was amazing to serve you. Lots of new scrumptious items plus a Mimosa bar.
Met a girlfriend there today for tea and a snack. It took awhile to be seated and then another 20 min wait before anyone came to our table, just to be told I'll be with you in a minute. Then proceeded to take the orders from a table that was seated AFTER us. Needless to say we walked out without being served and WILL NOT be back. Unfortunately the owners/waitstaff does not seem to know the meaning of the term Customer Service. It was not busy at all and there should not have been such a long wait for subpar service.
Every time I am in Anchorage this is the place to go. Very welcoming
Had a wonderful experience at Terra Bella this afternoon while picking up a coffee to go. After some rough experiences in the past, it was great to see the changes they are making both in the layout and the customer service. Can't wait to come back for dinner sometime!

I hope these new changes will result in better customer service. I was in there several weeks ago and asked if they could make a peanut butter and honey sandwich for my daughter. The young lady at the counter said quite honestly it won't taste good because our kitchen staff won't want to make it... I was completely appalled and walked out and haven't been back since.... the time before that I had to wait 20 minutes for a to go coffee.
