We have been living in the complex towards our fifth year and I really love this place and area. First, I feel safe here , not only inside the community but also outside. Its quiet and most of the tenants as far as I know are calm people. I have been walking my dogs(before) dog even at night (8:30pm) and I don’t feel scared at all. I was hoping to move closer to my sons school but I've been getting the runaround for 4 months. They are awful. They won't tell you what is available, they won't answer their leasing office door and they have skipped out on tours twice now. I don't understand what the issues is.
I moved out November of last year and noticed a super low rating here and wanted to give my two cents. The application can be confusing for some but seems to be the standard for everywhere: you pay a fee to apply for each 18+ person in your family. There is also a screening process and fees for pets. If your Credit Score doesn't suck, you only pay a few hundred bucks for a deposit, as opposed to a full month's rent, which is a huge bonus. The place itself is great. I previously lived here and see that Mgmt may be up to their same weird practices Borderline discriminatory practices on considering all applications according to FEHA They may want to *watch* that. This is by no means an ELITE PROPERTY. Very high rental prices for what? Never, ever give too much of your PII to a "rental" employee or whatever the title is.....is there a title or a job description? Anyway, demand a tour.
