I would highly recommend calling Termishield if you have an issue with bugs. I called three different pest companies. When I called Termishield I called an actual local Mishawaka phone number and was shocked when a person answered the phone instead of a call center. The other two companies I called I had to go through a National center and get transferred before I could speak with a person. Horrible company... Paid them to do inspection on a house I was buying... Gave the home a free bill of health... Turns out the house has termites!!! Called them and was told they are not accountable because they only do a walk through inspections. Well what good is that when termites are in your walls!

Termishield was hired to do a visual inspection for Wood Destroying Organisms for this customer in May of 2016 for the purchase of this home. At the time of the inspection, we concluded that there was no Visible Evidence of Termites in the house. The inspection does not state that the home is free of any termites or the home has a "free bill of health" as stated by this customer.
