I'm editing my five star review due to my recent experience with the exclusion team at this location. The pest control team has been excellent but the exclusion team is laughably poor at scheduling. The exclusion service is supposed to include 3 follow-ups. I've had 7 separate appointments for those follow-ups (none coordinated in advance, at best was given 20 minutes advance notice). Eric is a fantastic Terminix Tech. He always answers when I call and always responds quickly to our needs. We manage an office building and there are inevitably critters and creatures want to office there too but Eric makes sure it’s humans only!
Mark does a great job at our LaPorte power site. He is not only friendly and a pleasure to talk with but is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Great job Mark!!
