I'm editing my review, because they came out and fixed the wasp/hornet problem free of charge. The exterminator was very friendly and professional, his name was Eddie, very nice man. I originally was upset because of the amount of times I had to contact them and so many issues with scheduling, I was initially charged for a service when a tech just came out to look at my house but didn't do anything. Made phone call went to BC. Initially went well. My understanding was he gets in touch with NS and I guess we call them. I did talked to 2 people had no idea what we were talking about. Very disappointed and still rat problem. And they have my credit card. Right now they haven't put anything on it and I never heard from them. Who should I get now?

Terrible. They come once and do a bad job because the ants come back and then they don’t honor their warranty. I have called 5 times and every time they tell me they will call me back and they don’t. Plus their warranty seem to have shrunk back in length. From 6 months to 3. All they care about is new customer. Don’t fall in the trap like me. Will be looking for a new provider

Called to schedule an appointment to have my foundation sprayed. Appointment was booked within 2 business days. The woman I spoke with on the phone was lovely and professional. Answered all questions I had about the service. Day of service the technicians showed up and they were very polite and finished up in about 20 mins. This is our 3rd time using them and will continue to do so!

I called these guys this morning after finding suspicious bug bites on one of my kids. My phone initial phone conversation was great and I was reassured that someone would come and do an inspection. John did me a huge favour by making last minute time in his schedule and came this afternoon. He was friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgable. Luckily, we have no bugs but he did educate me on warning signs and what to look for. Thanks so much John!
