Horrible phone service and even worse email response. Good luck trying to book something if you need them. Also there’s hidden fees they don’t tell you about. If you don’t pay the full year up front with the pest free 365 they charge you $40 every time they come extra. The whole point is to have coverage 365 days a year! That’s why you pay almost $600 for the year! Do not use these guys. Specifically the Terminix Rentokil. The only thing was the techs were lovely when they did eventually get scheduled to come.

They charged us for their monthly service, and we watched their vehicle arrive (on a day it was raining; why bother even showing up if you know you can’t spray?) and drive off without spraying anything, and they’ve never returned (I have the pests still as proof). We called their support number, and they told us that they couldn’t access our account to help us. So many red flags here.

I am editing this review for a second time. It has been one year since this company came to fix my pest problem "free of charge" because I complained about the awful customer service. I have been HARASSED FOR A YEAR NOW saying I owe them money which I do not. They've threatened me with legal action and even sent my unpaid invoice to collections and have been damaging my credit.
