Service is okay. The people are always friendly, however, from my understanding the techs are suppose to call when they are on the way to your place which unfortunately hasn't happened the last few times I have made appointments. Getting a hold of anyone is difficult, I requested a call back atleast two times and no one called me back. Also, the extent of their services regarding rats to my knowledge is solely bait boxes and identifying problem areas.

Live in a 6 unit building and a lady moved in and bought german cockroach's with her and infested the building and everyone living here. My Landlord been dealing with this company about the cockroaches and going over 2 yrs we still have cockroaches.
The company has been dropping the ball on getting out to spray, but the technician today was amazing! Thank you Vansh for you professionalism.
