Been here 10 years...if you have an hour to wait for a rep to answer your call for a return service which I request once every 2 years...then this is your place. What a waste. They are not taking care of the problem...Cost is $100 to $115 a quarter now. So $460 a year...time to move along.

I am beyond frustrated with Terminix. I have made THREE appointments with no one showing up to spray, yet I call in and I'm told that they reported to have sprayed. I didn't receive calls and no one ever arrived on any of these three occasions. I recently moved and never had this problem in my previous city. I am at a loss at this point!

Terrible experience. They sprayed for ants and we honestly saw zero change, and then came home one day to find tons of ants inside. We might as well not have had them come at all, but instead we dropped a bunch of money on it.

Had their service for about a year and it worked decently, not great. This summer they sent a new technician to my house and I don't know if something changed with their treatment, but the bug problem is just as bad as it was before treatment. Worse, the technician will not return my calls and the main customer service line says they won't even come back to respray without charging me again, or they could set up a "multi-point inspection" months in the future. Absolutely no effort to help the customer. Switching!
