Jonathan was so personable and caring for our flea issue. He was super polite and professional, showed concern for our property as he inquired what our issues were. Very thorough and kind. We have enjoyed Terminix overall as they have come out as much as needed to address our issues. We have seen a decline in majority of the issues, but have no hesitation coming back to ensure we have the best coverage. Dealing with the staff is always a pleasure as they all provide excellent customer service.
