The branch manager, Jessica, personally took care of me. She was very caring and empathetic. I was so petrified of the mice situation she went out of her way to keep me at ease. CJ the other tech also went out of his way to help me. They sealed everything up and put covers on my vents and hopefully this does the trick. I had Terminix at my previous home and was glad there was one in Elizabeth City. I’ve been using Terminix for 27 years.

The manger Rakeem Was wonderful and very caring! Rakeem came by to pick up my check for my for my service! My first check got lost in the mail evidently which was like a month and a half ago when I sent it and he came and I wanted him to come and I’ll give it to him in person and he came so thank you for having such a wonderful person working for you thank you
Rakeem and trainee Nasir, in Elizabeth City, NC, we're so wonderful to me and my mom. Dad just passed and they expressed sincere condolences, as they took great care of treating the house for the interior bug issue. We could not have asked for better or kinder service.
Rakeem and Nasir came out to service the house. They took time to explain everything they were going to do. They took time to remind me to keep my pets in for at least an hour for their safety. Both Rakeem and Nasir were friendly and professional.
