The branch manager, Jessica, personally took care of me. She was very caring and empathetic. I was so petrified of the mice situation she went out of her way to keep me at ease. CJ the other tech also went out of his way to help me. They sealed everything up and put covers on my vents and hopefully this does the trick. I had Terminix at my previous home and was glad there was one in Elizabeth City. I’ve been using Terminix for 27 years.
Rakeem was very personable and overall pleasant to work with! He takes his job seriously and gave the best possible service! I recommend him and Terminix to all my friends a family!
