Excellent Service from Jonathan P. at Terminix! I had the pleasure of working with Johnathan from Terminix, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the issues we were facing. Yesterday I had my 1st bi-monthly maintenance after my initial service 2 months ago. When I opened the door, I was greeted by the happy smiling face of Logan Raleigh, my new tech. Logan allowed me to show him my "hot" spots inside and outside, took his time doing a great job, and we had a bit of fun trying to identified some pests found on a couple of my crepe myrtle tree trunks (turned out to be Asian Ladybugs-not good, and Tree Cattle-not harmful). Jonathan was so personable and caring for our flea issue. He was super polite and professional, showed concern for our property as he inquired what our issues were. Very thorough and kind. We have enjoyed Terminix overall as they have come out as much as needed to address our issues. We have seen a decline in majority of the issues, but have no hesitation coming back to ensure we have the best coverage. Dealing with the staff is always a pleasure as they all provide excellent customer service.

Rakeem is a veritable powerhouse! With regard to home inspection or pest control Terminix of Elizabeth City is definitely your go-to. I’ve contracted out to Terminix for over a year now and they have been nothing short of exemplary! Every time that Rakeem or a service team member comes through I feel that my house is well taken care of.
