Rakeem was super polite and professional, showed concern for our property as he inquired what our issues were. Very thorough and kind. We have enjoyed Terminix overall as they have come out as much as needed to address our issues. We have seen a decline in majority of the issues, but have no hesitation coming back to ensure we have the best coverage. Dealing with the staff is always a pleasure as they all provide excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Mercedes for my recent termite inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Johnathan and Jessica performed a home inspection and quickly identified the type of insect that was in the home. Jessica gave an in-depth description of the cause of the insect. She treated all areas, and Johnathan sprayed the entire house and set the necessary traps. Both technicians were very prompt on the time of arrival. I would recommend Terminix to anyone who has insect issues within their home.

Jessica came out today after two others. She found the problem in SECONDS! it was truly amazing. She is very smart, detailed and patient. She gave clear information & made sure to promptly set forth next step & come back to my door and share the info obtained by wildlife. She is so friendly! Found what no one else could & she could literally identify the smell of the bat droppings and pulled all the insulation out to see the entry openings of how they were getting into my attic. Thank you, jessica!!

Rakeem is a veritable powerhouse! With regard to home inspection or pest control Terminix of Elizabeth City is definitely your go-to. I’ve contracted out to Terminix for over a year now and they have been nothing short of exemplary! Every time that Rakeem or a service team member comes through I feel that my house is well taken care of.
