Excellent Service from Jonathan P. at Terminix! I had the pleasure of working with Johnathan from Terminix, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the issues we were facing. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, explain the treatment process in clear terms, and answer all our questions with patience and professionalism. Thank you so much.
Jonathan was so personable and caring for our flea issue. He was super polite and professional, showed concern for our property as he inquired what our issues were. Very thorough and kind. We have enjoyed Terminix overall as they have come out as much as needed to address our issues. We have seen a decline in majority of the issues, but have no hesitation coming back to ensure we have the best coverage. Dealing with the staff is always a pleasure as they all provide excellent customer service.
Rakeem is a veritable powerhouse! With regard to home inspection or pest control Terminix of Elizabeth City is definitely your go-to. I’ve contracted out to Terminix for over a year now and they have been nothing short of exemplary! Every time that Rakeem or a service team member comes through I feel that my house is well taken care of.
Rakeem and trainee Alec were very personable and professional. Their service to our home was excellent. They are an asset to your company and we will request him for our future services. Rakeem came to our home to do our monthly treatment and he went above and beyond to ensure our entire property was treated properly. He even checked in with me to ensure that he did everything we wanted and needed him to do. 10/10.
