Genuinely, I had very bad experience living here. 1. Management team doesn't support. Never respond to your queries, complaints. 2. Waiting for copy of lease from more than 4 months 3. Poor maintenance support. We faced problems like clogged toilet many times, locked doors, heater not working 4. They increase rent by 10% without any improvement or proper justification It may seem cheaper, but not a good place to live in Palo Alto. It needs change in management team.
Terman Apartments is in need of another special manager. Edith Rodriguez does not work there. It is a great place to call home. The out doors, the tenants are all great people.
I been living here for a while seen so many changes with previous managers not really taking care of this property but maintenance was good though as well separate!
The worst apartment complex. Incompetent management. They will increase your rent 10% because "well everyone does it". They will charge you for each room for carpet cleaning after just one year. They send out ridiculous list of items to clean upon move out including cleaning ceiling, walls, underneath the fridge and oven etc. The area is not safe - parked cars are broken into, bikes stolen.
