Just ordered 2 REGULAR teriyaki chicken bowls and this is how much they gave me. Just about half of the container. And this is for a regular portion, not junior portion. And at the price of $11.49, this is like twice expensive compared to Panda Express. Actually, this is even smaller than Chipotle, a company that people often complain that gives small portions. What a joke, lol. Never order here again!
It is disappointing when you spend $18 on a single bowl and the meat is burnt to a crisp and the steak has the consistency of beef jerky, the orange chicken just as hard and inedible.. We ordered two bowls, the smaller one was fine- but not the larger one. Reached out to customer service and they said they would have the owner reach out to me which never happened. Nothing like spending a ton of money for food you can barely chew.
Absolutely loved my experience here. The food was delicious, the service was fast and genuinely friendly, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. I did have one small spot of crunchy rice, but it didn’t take away from how amazing the rest of the meal was. Overall, a great visit and I’ll definitely be back.
