Now they have a cuban lady that doesn't know the standards for CSE. My husband was trying to place an order and she ignore him and didnt make eye contact. ...she Didn't even ask if there was anything that she could help him. My previous order was there and she did not tell him that was ready....I told her that he was going to do a separate order and she did not care. I love the food but the service is terrible when dealing with people who doesn't know anything about customer service.
The food so was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly
Very disappointed from service today. Placed order on app. Go in to pick up and girl at counter doesn't see my name. I show her my receipt on the phone that I've already paid for it and she says they don't have the ticket. After some conversing she said oh they lost the ticket and it would be another 15 minutes. Unfortunately on my lunch break and had to cancel my order to get back to work. Everytime we go we leave happy. Food and service is great. Food is always fresh. I just wish there were more locations.
