RecommendedWe had a buyer back out literally last day, insufficient funds. Nightmare situation already moved into the new house and could have lost the new house and had to move back into the old one. Not only did they work deals to keep the house we had already bought and moved into. They got us an extra $7000 more than the last bid after we had to put our house back on the market. Closing in a few days and the adventure is over, but they gave us the dream instead of the nightmare.
