Accepted a vulnerable child as a patient, charged intake fees, provided 2 sessions, then informed us they're dumping the patient because they suddenly decided not to take their insurance. Unconscionable behavior in a mental health provider.
I feel heard by my providers, which is very important. There’s a lot of good things about this place, but it does have its flaws. I’ve seen 5 different providers in the last few months because of what seems to be a high turnover rate. I’ve also had issues getting my meds refilled on time, but the front desk ladies always help resolve them. Overall, I do like this place and it does seem relatively new, so I’m hopeful that all the kinks will be worked out.
This is a wonderful therapy office. Staff is very professional. My counselor, experience and the atmosphere were amazing. I'm so grateful ! Thank you 💕
