This is Delphine Hammer my husband’s name is just the one that shows. I’ll begin by saying that the home I was trying to sell was in real estate terms a “unique property.” An approx 4000sf home, on 2.8 acres on a busy highway, with other homes and some businesses around it. It had been built very well but needed an infusion of upgrades.
