we purchased drapes for three windows at a total cost of $1881.00. the craftsmanship, stitching, neatness and attention to detail were well below poor - their customer service was worse. the work not delivered when promised. the installers were extremely messy and impolite. once the drapes were hung, it was obvious we made a huge mistake choosing them. they were heavily wrinkled, uneven and stained everywhere. the sunlight exposed a large number of holes and the amateur stitching (see pic attached). upon hearing our concerns... read more
My parents used this company and not only was the work the worst I’ve ever seen, they were also extremely rude. Who hangs curtains with holes?! At a time like now, when choosing where to to spend your hard earned money, take your business elsewhere.
